1. General Cancellation Policy
At Rajdari Resort, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business operations. Please read the following terms carefully before making a reservation.
2. Standard Cancellation Terms

Note: All cancellation timelines are calculated from 12:00 PM (Noon) Indian Standard Time (IST) on the scheduled check-in date.
3. Special Period Cancellation Policy
During peak seasons, special events, and holidays, a stricter cancellation policy applies:
Peak Seasons Include:
- Christmas and New Year (December 20 - January 5)
- Diwali and Holi festivals
- Long weekends and public holidays
- School vacation periods (April-June, October-November)

4. Group Booking Cancellation
For group bookings (5 or more rooms):
- More than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund minus 10% processing fee
- 15 to 30 days before check-in: 60% refund
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 40% refund
- Within 7 days before check-in: No refund
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
If you have booked a room under a special promotional offer or discounted rate marked as "Non-Refundable":
- No refunds will be provided for any cancellations
- No date changes or modifications are allowed
- This applies regardless of the cancellation timeline
6. How to Cancel Your Reservation
To cancel your booking, you may use any of the following methods:

- Online Booking Platforms: If booked through third-party platforms (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com), cancellations must be made through the respective platform
Important: Your cancellation is effective only when you receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from Rajdari Resort acknowledging the cancellation.
7. Booking Modifications
Date Changes:
- Date modifications are subject to availability
- One free date change is allowed if requested more than 7 days before check-in
- Subsequent date changes or changes made within 7 days will be treated as a cancellation + new booking
- Price difference (if any) will apply for the new dates
Room Type Changes:
- Upgrades can be requested subject to availability and price difference
- Downgrades will be treated as partial cancellation; refund as per cancellation policy
8. Early Departure
If you check out before your scheduled departure date:
- No refund will be provided for unused nights
- Full booking amount for the original stay duration will be charged
9. No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation:
- 100% of the booking amount will be charged
- No refund or credit will be issued
- Reservation for subsequent nights may be automatically canceled
10. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances
In case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies, government travel restrictions), we may offer:
- Full credit voucher (valid for 12 months) instead of refund
- One-time complimentary date change
- Partial refund on a case-by-case basis
Documentation Required: Medical certificates, travel advisories, or official government notifications must be provided to claim exceptional circumstances.
11. Resort Cancellation
In rare cases where Rajdari Resort needs to cancel your confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You will receive a 100% full refund
- We will assist you in finding alternative accommodation (if possible)
- Rajdari Resort will not be liable for any additional costs incurred
12. Processing Fees
- A processing fee of 2-3% may apply on refunds for online payments (as per payment gateway charges)
- Bank transfer charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount
13. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking
- For cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (please provide bank details)
- In case of third-party bookings, refund timelines may vary based on the platform's policy
14. Activity and Service Cancellations
For separately booked activities (trekking, rock climbing, zipline, night safari, etc.):
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the activity: 100% refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund
- No-show or cancellation on the day of activity: No refund
- Activities canceled by the resort due to weather or safety concerns: Full refund or alternative date
15. Third-Party Booking Platforms
If you booked through third-party platforms (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.):
- The cancellation policy of the respective platform will apply
- Cancellations and refunds must be processed through the platform
- Rajdari Resort will honor the terms agreed upon with the platform
16. Disputes and Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds:
- Please contact our Guest Relations team at info@rajdariresort.com
- We will review your case and respond within 48 hours
- All decisions made by Rajdari Resort management are final
17. Policy Updates
Rajdari Resort reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your reservation.
