1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (https://rajdariresort.com), making a reservation, or using any services at Rajdari Resort, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservation and Booking

2.1 Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp from Rajdari Resort.

2.2 Payment:

• Full payment or advance payment (as specified) is required at the time of booking
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash payments
• International credit cards are accepted for online bookings
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

2.3 Guest Requirements:

• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation
• Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driver's License, PAN Card) is mandatory at check-in
• Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa
• Local ID proof and address proof may be required as per government regulations

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1 Timings:

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM

3.2 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
• Additional charges may apply (typically 50% of room rate for half-day extension)

3.3 No-Show: In case of a no-show (failure to check-in without prior cancellation), the full booking amount will be forfeited.

4. Room Occupancy and Guests

4.1 Maximum Occupancy:

• Eco Standard Room: Maximum 3 guests
• Eco Deluxe Room: Maximum 3 guests
• Premium Cottages: Maximum 5 guests
• Swiss Tents: Maximum 5 guests

4.2 Extra Guests: Additional guests beyond the room's maximum occupancy are not permitted. Extra charges may apply for additional bedding or amenities.

4.3 Couples Policy: Unmarried couples are welcome with valid ID proof. However, we reserve the right to deny accommodation if guests fail to provide appropriate identification as required by local regulations.

5. Resort Activities and Services

5.1 Activities: Rajdari Resort offers various adventure activities including trekking, rock climbing, zipline, bonfire, camping, commando net, night safari, and Burma bridge. All activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety guidelines.

5.2 Activity Waivers: Guests participating in adventure activities must sign liability waivers and follow all safety instructions provided by trained personnel.

5.3 Activity Charges: Some activities may incur additional charges not included in the room tariff. Please inquire at the time of booking.

6. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Respect other guests, staff, and resort property
• Not engage in illegal activities, including possession of drugs or weapons
• Not smoke in non-designated areas (rooms, public spaces)
• Not disturb other guests with excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• Supervise children at all times, especially near water bodies and activity zones
• Not bring outside food or beverages without prior permission
• Report any damage to resort property immediately

7. Liability and Damages

7.1 Property Damage: Guests are liable for any damage to resort property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.

7.2 Lost and Found: Rajdari Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Please use the safe deposit facility provided.

7.3 Limitation of Liability: Rajdari Resort shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Participation in adventure activities
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Third-party actions or negligence
• Wildlife encounters or insect bites (located near wildlife sanctuary)

8. Pets Policy

Pets are allowed on prior request and approval. Additional pet charges may apply. Pet owners are responsible for their pet's behavior and any damage caused.

9. Food and Beverage

9.1 Dining Services: Our on-site restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meal timings will be communicated upon check-in.

9.2 Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted, except for special dietary requirements or baby food (with prior notice).

9.3 Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas only. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.

10. Internet and Connectivity

Wi-Fi is available in common areas and select rooms. Due to our location near Chandraprabha Wildlife Sanctuary, mobile network signals may be limited. We are not responsible for internet or mobile connectivity issues.

11. Force Majeure

Rajdari Resort shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
• Government restrictions or regulations
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Power failures or infrastructure breakdowns

12. Photography and Videography

Rajdari Resort may take photographs or videos on the premises for promotional purposes. By visiting our resort, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be included, please inform our staff.

13. Amendments to Bookings

Any modifications to your booking (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Amendments must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rajdari Resort.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
